The difference between London and other international financial services centres, is that all the others send assets here to be managed. For this reason, a City based financial adviser has the widest possible knowledge of the myriad funds and products internationally available.
While it is relatively simple to set up tax-efficient structures by routing monies through tax havens, proper investment management is a far harder skill.
This is our main strength, and we have a large international client base and place a considerable amount of business off-shore for both UK and foreign nationals.
We deal regularly with the various off-shore fund management bases including those in the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Bermuda and Hong Kong.
We apply exactly the same approach to international business as our on-shore business and can tailor portfolios to take account of any currency, rather than merely being experts in Sterling-based fund management.
